Program overview

The Think, Eat and Move program runs for 8 weeks and helps adolescents with healthy eating, physical activity and behaviour change.
It is delivered in a flexible, fun, online format that focus on forming positive habits.
Designed by the Better Health Company’s team of nutrition, psychology and exercise professionals, it offers practical skills and knowledge that lead to sustained change.
The content is aligned with current Australian government guidelines for healthy eating and physical activity.

How does Think, Eat and Move help families?

Think, Eat and Move is completed through convenient online sessions and phone-based health coaching. Young people can work towards their goals, their way, on their time!
